In September, 2009, The Spiritual Workout with Steven Morrison debuted on 7th Wave, the fastest-growing channel on the Voice America Internet Radio Network.  It has long been my intention  to put the Spiritual Workout into this form and it has been a fascinating journey so far.  I’m learning , having fun (now), and hopefully helping more and more people see where spirituality shows up in their daily lives.  Here is the link to the show page where you can listen live (Mondays from 10-11AM Pacific time), on-demand, or download for future listening:
